Hey! I'm Rebecca - certified relationship coach and host of the Master Your Relationship Mind Drama podcast. And trust me when I say... I've been there.
I used to feel anxious about every relationship in my life, scared that the people I cared about were going to leave me at any moment - convinced that I wasn't good enough and would always be abandoned.
I tried therapy, I researched the sh*t out of the anxious attachment style, and I intellectually understood my problem. But still nothing changed.
That was when I discovered coaching, and I went through an amazing coaching journey that gave me practical tools for changing my relationship to my fearful brain.Â
For the first time, I addressed the root of my relationship anxiety.
I stopped blaming other people for how I felt. And I stopped trying to change and control them so that I could feel okay.
I learned to take responsibility for my own thoughts and emotions.
And instead of searching for certainty in other people or relationship outcomes…
I learned how to create certainty in myself. In my ability to handle whatever came my way.

Hey! I'm Rebecca.
