Rebecca Ore Coaching’s 'Relationship Mind Drama Bootcamp' Terms of Use

1. Background: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules under which you may purchase and access the Relationship Mind Drama Bootcamp (“Course”) from Rebecca Ore Coaching (“we/us/our”). By purchasing the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or access the Course.

2. About Us: The Course is offered by Rebecca Ore Coaching, a sole trader registered in England. Contact us at [email protected] .

3. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Course. By purchasing, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Course Access: Access to the Course is digital. After purchase, you will receive login credentials to access the materials online. Access is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update the Course content periodically. You are responsible for your own internet access and devices to use the Course.

5. Intellectual Property: All Course materials, including videos, worksheets, audio, and PDFs, are owned by Rebecca Ore Coaching or used under license. You may access and use the Course for personal use only. You may not share, sell, distribute, or reproduce any Course content without express written permission.

6. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you feel the Course does not meet your needs. To request a refund, email [email protected]  with your order details. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable. Access to Course materials will be revoked upon refund.

7. Course Availability & Digital Transfers: In the event that we stop selling the Course or cease using the Kajabi platform, we will notify all current purchasers via the email address associated with their account. Purchasers will have 30 days from the date of notification to request a digital transfer of their purchased materials. After this 30-day period, we may no longer be able to provide access to the Course materials. Requests for digital transfers must be made by emailing [email protected] .

8. Health & Coaching Disclaimer: The Course is educational and coaching-based, not medical or psychological treatment. We are not medically qualified, do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or interfere with treatment by a licensed professional. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results arising from applying Course materials. If you are under the care of a health professional, it is recommended you inform them about your participation in the Course.

9. Privacy & Data: Any personal information you provide is handled according to our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By purchasing, you consent to your data being used for Course delivery and related communications.

10. Acceptable Use: You may not share your account credentials with others. You may not use the Course or related materials to harm others, distribute viruses, or infringe intellectual property. Breach of these Terms may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Course. We do not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your application of the materials.

13. Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland.
