On Friday 16th May - you will receive an invitation to join the challenge Facebook group, where you can share what you're learning, get additional support from me, and cheer on other challenge members.

Here's a reminder of what to expect:

  • Each day you'll receive a 2-3 minute video and a short 20 minute exercise 

  • You'll receive access to a community Facebook group to share what you're learning with other challenge members & get written coaching support from Rebecca

  • AND on Friday 23rd May you'll be invited to a live coaching call & masterclass on facing your relationship fears! (And you'll even have the opportunity to be coached live by Rebecca!)

  • Day 2: Challenging your default anxious thoughts

  • Day 3: Processing emotions & self soothing - changing your response to your triggers

  • Day 4: Facing the worst case scenario
